The Council of Elders is an advisory body, without decision-making power, responsible for advising the members of APRAM, based on experience, knowledge, the wealth essential to social cohesion.
The Council of Elders issues comments and is a source of proposals for actions in the general interest of APRAM and its members. Its objective is to provide the association with the advice, experience and knowledge of its members on various subjects studied in working groups.
The role of the Council of Elders:

- is a force for reflection and proposal
Through its opinions and studies, the Council of Elders sheds light on the various projects of interest to APRAM and provides constructive criticism to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors submitted for the approval of the General Assembly of March 12, 2015, in accordance with article 18 of the new statutes, the list of the following persons who now constitute the members of the Council of Elders.
