Preamble :

The Professional Association of Shipping Agents, Ship Consignee and Charter Brokers, APRAM, brings together companies carrying out the activities of shipping agent, ship consignee and charter broker in a sector which wants to be strategic for the development of trade and the development of our country’s economy;
Considering the role of each member in improving the image and notoriety of the profession,
Considering that ethics is the foundation for any company investing in gaining credibility and efficiency.

APRAM adopts this code of ethics, which each member undertakes to respect.

Statement :

  1. The member undertakes to carry out his activities with professional conscience and moral integrity.
  2. The member undertakes to contribute to the strengthening of the rule of law and to efforts to build a healthy environment, banishing all forms of corruption and fraud internally and externally.
  3. The member agrees to adhere to the code of ethics of the Association and to respect the spirit and the letter.
  4. The member will develop in his collaborators a professional and responsible behavior in compliance with the rules of ethics and professional conduct.
  5. The member undertakes to distribute this code of ethics to its customers, partners and employees.
