• With customs categorization, APRAM continues to engage in the certification of its member companies to adapt their management to international standards, enhance the qualification of their human resources and upgrade their quality of service.
  • Adherence to customs categorization obliges the interested company to align itself with certain performance standards enabling it to benefit from a privileged status of Authorized Economic Operator.
  • This membership aims to contribute to the capacity building of the interested company and to its support in the upgrading process. It allows the interested company to opt for management transparency which ensures its upgrading, a guarantee of its international notoriety, and indirectly contributes to conveying a good brand image of the profession of shipping agent.
  • The status of Authorized Economic Operator, a label of customs confidence recognized on the international scene, confers, under certain conditions, the right to access facilitation measures and to benefit from certain advantages (Simplified and personalized procedures for the improvement of competitiveness and responsiveness, upgrading at all levels, personalized customs support, etc.).
  • Twenty member companies have expressed interest in joining this label, six of which have been categorized:
    • Class A approved: TRANSPORTS MAROCAINS, TARROS MAROC and CMA CGM MAROC
    • Class B approved: SOMASAF, ADATRA and MSS.
