APRAM MEMBER OF

Membership conditions:

APRAM opens its doors to any natural or legal person regularly and notoriously exercising the activity of shipping agent, ship agent or charter broker in Morocco for at least two years.

After having obtained the agreement of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Logistics, the future member must adhere, without reservation, to the statutes and to the Code of Ethics and the Charter of Ethics of APRAM.

The Board of Directors is required to verify the guarantees of morality and skills presented by the potential member; in case of conformity, it is declared according to the statutes of the association “a full member”.

Contribution system:

Qualified by the statutes of its creation as a non-profit association, APRAM relies essentially on the contributions of its members for the financing of its projects.

Thus, a member is only said to be full if he pays annually and regularly the amount of contributions determined by the Board of Directors.

The said Council proceeds by the following system:

  • Membership fee: an amount determined on a flat-rate basis by the members of the Board of
  • Directors and paid annually by the affiliated members.
  • Exceptional contributions: additional costs paid by members on decision of the Board of Directors
  • Support contribution: donations that are held at the discretion of everyone.
